Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can submit a return or exchange request within the eligible return period after receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not qualify for a return or exchange.

Review Process

Once we receive your request, our team will carefully review it within 24–48 hours. After verification, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Pickup Process

If your return or exchange request is approved:

Our shipping partner will arrange a pickup from your address.
The pickup is usually scheduled within 3–4 business days after approval.
No return shipping charges will be collected from you. Pickup is completely free.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
